How to Screen Printing 3D Embossing Silicone Effect?

Silicone embossing is a printing technology that prints a layer of transparent liquid silicone on the back of the textile fabric and then forms it through an embossing machine at high temperature to make the front protrude to form a three-dimensional pattern.   

What to Prepare for Silicone Embossing:

4.Regular Fabric Screen Printing Method

1.Add 2% RG-B80 curing agent to embossed silicone , and add thinner appropriately;

2.Print the silicone on the back of the fabric with a screen;

3. Hit press at 150-200°C for 10-25 seconds.

5.Leather Fabric Screen Printing Method

1. Add 2%  RG-B80 curing agent to embossed silicone, and add thinner appropriately;

2. Print the silicone on the back of the fabric with a screen;

3. Put the leather to the embossing mold, and the place to be embossed is covered with glue. The thickness of the glue is as thick as the leather;

4.Hit press at 150-200°C for 10-25 seconds.

6.FAQ about silicone embossing

1. Pay attention to the thin consistency of the slurry, the bottom seepage and fastness;

2.Adjust the pressure temperature and time according to the equipment conditions;
